It certainly may be, but Prince's exes always seems to have tons of promo material from their time with him. Mayte has how many Emancipation hanging album cover thingies? Tons, I'm sure.

I know we are all grieving and I' ve just been reading so much since then. I haven't been able to post on other threads but I can say this:

I thought only I felt this way. I seems like a case of Mani trying to outdo Mayte. Mani knows we don't "mess" with her like that. I think Mani's contribution was to make him a star again with the "comeback" of Musicology and that era.

Mayte was so many things to him and is an important part of his legacy by participating in recordings, tours, videos et al. I feel so much for her because after all this years she has loved him and has always been very respectful, especially in regard to their private life.

And you know this for certain how? You really seem to be posting a lot of negative things about Prince right now and I'm curious to know if he did something to you personally or something. No the man wasn't perfect, as NONE of us are, we all have our hang ups, but you are really going in on him and I just think that it's uncalled for and not cool at all.

Manuela is building a school in Prince's honor. She was on Entertainment Tonight. She said Prince was the one who encouraged her to start her own charity. She also said she'll always love and respect him. So Keenly, stop spreading your negativity and bullshit.

Of interest is that he seemed to be getting back on good terms with people recently. He was stopping the Time from using their name, then he let them use the name recently, featured them at Paisley Park, and posted on social media that Morris Day was one of the best under-rated drummers around. Many people are saying that he recently patched up with people. This fuels the thought that perhaps he knew that the end was near.

Just heard about Vanity. Shocked and saddened. I had a few interactions with her and she was always sweet. Always trying to do better and be better. She even offered to help with my charity. I'm sorry for her family and her congregation. RIP my fellow Canadian xoxo
