Jesse Johnson's playing on "THe Charade" with DAngelo on SNL

I cant stop watching this. Love how powerfully understated that Jesse's solo is. DAngelo is doing what I wish Prnce was - and he is doing it with people worthy of playing with Prince it seems. Jesse and DAngelo working together on a project would blow the doors off Paisley Park and expose all those lightweight babies that Prince is sitting.

Saw it up close & personal when D'Angelo & The Vanguard played Seattle's Showbox at The Market on Aug. 10th. Jesse was effortlessly "Slicin' & Dicin' " w/the precision of a Samurai!!!! That Band is SICK!!!!

It makes me wish Prince was there instead of Dangelo with Jesse doing songs this good instead of surrounding himself with punk ass kids with marginal skills
