Under rated guitarist. He made a good decision touring with D'angelo. Maybe he will get the recognition he deserves again... [Edited 1/13/12 21:38pm]  will ALWAYS think of  like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. |

Yes I said it. Sometimes musicians need to play in various bands to get respect. Even though they r artist in there own right. Jesse is an extraordinaire guitarist. Similiar to Sheila E playing drums in Prince band after her solo success. A lot of people didn't understand when they heard that.Until they saw her play better than a dude. Like Prince said "not bad 4 a girl"... will ALWAYS think of like a "ACT OF GOD"! Jesse killin' it as usual! I would love to see a tour of VP songs. I wouldn't care if he didn't do any of "the classics"; I would love to see a show of just the VP songs. And I agree with KCOOLMUZIQ. Sometimes it takes a change of settings to get respect. D, being younger than Jesse and having grown up on him, may hav emore respect for Jesse as an artist than Jesse's own peers. | |
