The sad thing is that Prince's artistic vision is so strong that it overpowers the artistic vision of many of the women that he is with. They go from being extensions of himself to being props; women seem to grow weaker and less sure of their own vision around him.

When a woman enters his life that has a strong artistic vision, strong enough to handle being around his vision without completely being overshadowed by it, that woman does not stay in the picture very long. He doesn't seem to know how to incorporate anothers artistic vision into his own and that may be a problem with work and with relationships.

I don't think Andy is strong enough to not be swallowed up by Prince.

i dont think andy allo will be overpowered by prince's artistic vision because she knows exactly where she wants to go. she even coined the genre(alternative/hip-hop/soul). a talented songwriter,aa wrote all the songs & produced a brilliant debut album b4 she turned 21. with that kind of skill & gumption, where prince could help her is imparting knowledge about recording & performing on stage and helping to get her seen by a larger audience than she can currently command. once seen by more people, we'll find out if the general public is down to roll with her artistic vision. if prince is incapable of helping her while leaving her vision intact, then i think she will be gone in a flash.
