Too bad the guy that interveiwed Brenda Bennett did'nt ask her about this V6 movie cause with all the recent Prince activity going on to stop, block, and silence, it just seem unlikely it will ever be made. Not that all of us wanted to even see it but it would've been interesting to finally see the girls express thier own personal experience. Oh Well !

If they ever do decide to make a movie about Vanity 6, I know who could play Vanity. An actress called Paula Patton, she was in the film Mirrors with Keifer Sutherland. She looks like a cross between Vanity and Hally Berry.

she's Robin Thicke's wife I think Nicole from the Pussycat Dolls would be a great choice to play Vanity,but let's face it...this film will never get made.

Which is the reason why it won't be made. Who really cares? There'll be movies about TLC and Destiny's Child before there will be a V6 movie. We'd also have a better chance of seeing a re-enactment of the Mary Jane Girls as part of a Rick James biopic before we see V6.

Now if someone wants to do a movie based on V6 (a la Supremes and "Dreamgirls") then so be it. They'd better watch out for you-know-who to come a'suing though.

I just thought of a good idea for a movie.How about a movie about Vanity 6 and the Mary Jane Girls competing with each other? It could be a musical comedy that takes place in the 80s.The members plot,scheme and try their best to sabotage the other group.When they're forced to go on a big tour together,things really get out of hand!
