She and Ray J "accidently" had their sex tape released and next thing you know her T.V show is #1. Don't recall if the show came after or before the tape but I think it came after. She wasn't really known when she hung with Paris Hilton, she was kind of her sidekick like Nicole Ritchie was.

Next thing you know with the help of her momager she has become a mogul of some sorts with endorsements galore. Her name is a brand now I guess.

And no nobody really knew her sisters, Kim and the T.V show helped them gain notoreity as well.
