LOVE SHELBY, ELISA & LIV !!!!!
I went to IZOD -the sound was terrible-couldn't hear the backround vocals at all-and that's a sin cause these three girls can SANG! (Despite what some of these ignorant people on here say) Love Shelby, Elisa and Liv-a great addition to the NPG. Their harmonies are so on point-(finally could hear them at the MSG gig!) and they blend so nicely together. I hope he let's them all step out and do some solo stuff on stage. Loved Liv's version of "Love Thy Will" and the chemistry between Prince and Shelby on "Nothing Compares" is amazing. Now if we could just hear Elisa on something-my day would be made! Hopefully on the 29th gig!!!! | |

Didnt know much about them until MSG on sat.... But you are right: they can SANG!!! So is Elisa "the" Elisa Fiorilla the PP protege?? I bought a tour book but I lost it and didn't read it yet! And pardon my ignorance, but Shelby's hair/head style....is that a style choice or she has a medical condition? I assume the former but indent know mic Ch about her or Olivia either. In any case its actually brilliant that Prince now has an actual vocal backing section. Really added a lot to the sound.  |

I was actually quite happy with the sound. So glad their vocals were low, cause they've had shows where they were so loud and took over Prince's vocals...which is horrible! I think Shelby was spectacular in the 15th show and their vocals were heard when they did their own songs. During Prince's songs, I want to hear him and him alone. I loved the setup with these shows! Prince is GORGEOUS. I'm inspired. GOD is GREAT. Is there anything else to say? lol | |

I say the same, they can 'sang' but they just don't help the visuals for me... and that's a big part of Prince.
