Random topic I know but which of Prince's proteges, associated artists and people have been arrested, and what were the crimes?

Let's make a list

So far I know:

-Vanity-arrested for trespassing a property in L.A. that she thought was haunted

-Apollonia-arrested for pot possession-she said she "was doing research for a film role"

who else?

Tevin Campbell was arrested a few years back!! I think it was for drug possession or something!!!

Duane Nelson - Prince's brother/former bodyguard for punching a girl in the face for not leaving a party at Paisley Park.

thanks They really don't look alike at all! I was gonna say, I couldn't imagine someone who looked just like Prince as a bodyguard

Just a little bit more on the Vanity arrest-it was Eddie Murphy who bailed her out of jail lol. He was dating her sister Patty at the time.

Not sure about an arrest, but i remember reading an article of Rock & Soul magazine around 1985 in which he addressed a concert-incident where the audience was commanded by the police or security to stay in their seats and they were constantly watched for not doing so. Jesse of course, couldn't believe what he saw what was happening and tried to make the audience get up and dance out of their seats. I have to get the magazine out of the archives someday (can't find it now) but i think what followed was that he got arrested for it. Again, he couldn't believe that such things still happened at that time, and therefor the issue was explained about in the magazine. A similar incident in the 80's was described in a story by Rick James' fireworx-technician John "Pyro" Watkins, and where he described that all the police in a specific town were acting very authoritative and commanding.

wowwow I never heard about Eddie dating V's sister.

yeah they were together for a while I think. I'm guessing that's how Patty got that little cameo in "Coming To America"

Patty followed Vanity into the business, but obviously never had the same kind success:
