Letter to LA DA Steve Cooley & LA Police Dept

To District Attorney Steve Cooley & the Los Angeles Police Dept;

I demand that you interview all of the witnesses at Michael Jackson’s home the night he was Murdered, including all of his Security Guards. I further demand that their testimony is used to prosecute Dr. Conrad Murray of second degree murder. Michael Jackson’s security guard’s testimony will prove that Dr Murray left Michael Jackson and his home residence in the middle of the night, leaving Michael Jackson to die unattended for over 4 hours. This proves Pre Meditated Murder. This proves that Dr Murray did not give Michael Jackson 5 different psychiatric sedative drugs throughout the night and then the surgical anesthetic propfol. This proves all 5 of the psychiatric sedative drugs were given all at once with the anesthetic propofol to Michael Jackson. Any Doctor knows you can’t give a patient these 5 different psychiatric sedative drugs within a 9 hour period without causing permanent neurological brain damage. Any doctor also knows that with propofol too, this will cause a permanent vegetable state and death. Any Doctor also knows that they are required to not leave a patient unattended & unwatched when giving an anesthetic propofol which should be used only for surgery in a hospital setting with doctors and nurses watching over the patient. There was no defibrillator in Michael Jackson’s bedroom or home. Any doctor is required to have a defibrillator in the presence of the administering of these psychiatric sedative drugs and anesthetic propofol in case the patient’s heart gives out & stops beating. Dr. Murray fled the scene and disappeared again before the ambulance paramedics & police arrived at Michael Jackson’s home. Dr. Murray rested the burden upon the doctors at the Ronald Reagan Hospital & Michael Jackson’s brother Jermaine Jackson to tell the world that Michael Jackson was Dead.

I know there are many people behind Michael Jackson’s Murder and that there will never be justice for all who is behind his death. Even Still, I demand you to charge Dr Conrad Murray with Second Degree Murder. The eyes of the world are watching that you do your civic and responsible duty in interviewing all those at Michael Jackson’s home that night and allow their testimony to prosecute Dr. Conrad Murray of Second Degree Murder. To say that Dr. Murray would get a Maximum of 4 years in prison for Murdering Michael Jackson is a slap in the face to his family, his children, his friends and his fans all over the world. I seek Justice for a loving & peaceful American Gentleman; Michael Jackson.
