You can still purchase the 2 CD retrospective collection right from Dez and it includes the complete version of Modernaire: http://www.dezdickerson.c...ndise.html

There's also a vinyl 12" of Modernaire with a couple of extra DJ remixes on it - I'm not sure of the legitimacy of that release, though.
If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

You'll have to wait about 9 months to get it though, email numerous times and receive no reply, tear your hair out, email again, finally receive the thing, listen to it, and wonder why you tore your hair out in the first place.

The 12"'s legit.

Kanoohead is also missing out the weekly banging your head against the wall until it bleeds and shouting at buses that results from the psychosis engineered by Dez being a tardy motherfucker in not sending the CDs.

Thanks for the info on the 12". I never did get the Retrospective. I thought about it because I love-love-love Dez' song "The Beat", but I couldn't justify the cost of the set for one song.
