LOL, I follow Bev on Twitter and when she posted that, I immediately fired off a bunch of questions to her as a warm up.....Here's what I asked her:

the answer to the second questionis Tony M, it was Verdine White that WB suggested produce 'For You', Dave Chappelle was in the video for 'The Daisy Chain', Russ Thyret was the A&R, Lisa and Prince wrote "The Stick" not Dez, Andre's real name is Andre Anderson (Simon is his middle name), and you got everything else right. cammille, she was appearing on a quiz show that is supposed to have tough questions and her speciality subject was "the life and times of Prince". If you choose something as your chosen subject, you're supposed to know everything about that subject and 95% of what I asked can be read about in any Prince biography worth it's salt.....just sayin. |
