I think heard people saying he is drumming on MPLSound. Not sure if that's true though.

I think he said he was recording with Prince at the time also, so it's likely the tracks are yet to be released.

Wow! Today must be a "I forgot to use my brain for thinking" day - it's quite obvious that Blackwell's drum sound is ALL OVER LotusFlow3r.

Maybe it's only that day for you. He is on absolutely 0 tracks on LotusFlow3r and you'd know that if you looked up shit instead of pretending to be some smug all-knowing badass.

Drums on 'Lotusflow3r' are credited to Michael Bland & Cora Dunham. No mention of Blackwell at all.

Drums on 'Lotusflow3r' are credited to Michael Bland & Cora Dunham. No mention of Blackwell at all. That's cuz he wasn't on it. If he did record w/ JB, it might surface later. I'm frankly glad he got back w/ Sonny and Michael. That's the tightest band he's ever had. The Revolution was a close 2nd, but that first NPG post-Tony M. was TOPS.

They seem to inspire him to play harder. I love their influence and the sound.
