Where is the original NPG circa 1996-99?

Where are the former members of the baddest band Prince ever had? The NPG Original which consists of Morris Hayes, Tommy Barberella, Sonny T, Levi Seacer and the horns?

I think from Grafitti Bridge to The Gold Experience and even the NPG band records with Prince on Bass & Vocals was his best material!

The musicianship was amazing and THE MAN was writing some of his best material! I miss those days.

Does anyone know what those guys are doing?

Excuse me but you are insane.

His band 96 -99 was definitely his WORST EVER.

So who cares what these losers are doing ?

Goodbye.

Levi Seacer is now a member of the MPLS band Sounds of Blackness (@ least he was a few years ago, but eye think he still is...), which released many albums since 1991.

Sonny & Michael spent some time playing with crap pop stars like French France Galle & some Italian singer, but r now playing with French jazz legend Michel Portal. They have released 2gether 2 albums, "Minneapolis" & a live album of which eye 4got the name, These 2 r FANTASTIC jazz-funk-rock fusion, also with Living Color's Vernon Reid on guitar & r "must have" albums.

Tommy Barbarella just disappeared, but eye guess he's probably playing in some unknown MPLS band without a label...

Morris Hayes was still in Prince's band until he was replaced by Renato Netto a few months ago. His current activities r unknown 2 me. Still, eye'm not sure but eye think he's also the keyboard player in Kirk Johnson's Funkybaldheads (www.funkybaldheads.com), somebody correct me if eye'm wrong...

The Hornz r still recording with Prince in studio, & they also have released a few albums of their own music under the name Hornheads, which can b found on their website (link available on NPGMC's site).

Eye also think it was Prince's best band 'til now. Eye say 'til now cuz the current band might b even better...
