I believe they are mearly close friends. Of course she cares about him and doesn't want him hurt,but they are just Friends is what I always was told and she supposedly was into females. Don't know if that rumor is true or not. That was just something somebody said about her. I think Shelia is a Great Drummer and looks absolutely Fabulous and Sexy with her new look. I still don't understand why she isn't wearing skirts and high heels to look sexy. But that is her Business really. But I am sure she still would look Great.

Good! I'd rather him with Shelia E any day or even hanging out with Jill Jones or some other Old friend or just a Guy Friend. If he hung out with Larry forever it would be better than him being married. I can't see him married at all. Well, yeah that's weird as all Hell. How can she be bored with Prince or going to concerts and all? It's fun and all. I would have so much fun. I don't understand where she is coming from. She sounds extremely Shy to me. I just can't Understand anybody not getting truly into the Spirit and all. It is Fun and Exciting. I'm sure he's wiped out afterwards though. I dunno, but its seems like Mani looking bored is something that only started happening recently. In earlier reports, people would say they saw Mani dancing at the soundboard or they saw her in the lobby getting ice or water, or they saw her talking to a fan, or they just saw her walking around at the shows with a camera taking pictures.

What might have happened is that Mani might have been told to stop wandering around at the venues and to stay backstage and wait in the wings. This might be the reason why she looks bored now.

Mani is making Prince miserable, he just doesn't see it yet. They are not married.

For once and all Sheila never dated Prince. She likes darker men. She was into Magic Johnson for what I still don't know. She also dated a Simmons guy with bad breath. Smile.

YES they were an item...and I'll tell you why - in an interview she did early on in her career she was very elusive as to who she was "seeing" but told the interviewer that she thought that the relationship was going to get very serious and possibly even lead to marriage. "Then EVERYONE would be shocked."
Who else could she have been referring to other than Prince???

Either way, they would've made a great couple with beautiful babies.

I read Sheila and Prince dated on the Purple Rain tour, but not for very long.

It would be nice if Romance 1600 was the document of their brief affair, swept away, both huge stars for the first time.
