woogiebear	MAZARATI- WHERE ARE THEY NOW???? IT'S ONE OF THE BEST SIDE PROJECTS ON PAISLEY PARK. IT'S ALSO ONE OF MY FAVORITE MINNEAPOLIS LP'S. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE GROUP MAZARATI, AND WHAT HAVE THEY BEEN DOING?????

SoulAlive	I don't know where they're at now but their 1986 debut album is a favorite of mine,too "Player's Ball" "100 MPH" "She's Just That Kinda Lady" "Stroke"

VanityFair	Morris Hayes (former Mazarati) is Prince's current keyboardist. Think he's been with him over a decade? maybe 15 years or something? I think he came on right after the Symbol album?

Well, they got involved in the 1st Gulf War in 1991, playing funk 4 the troopz & half of 'em have been killed during an Iraki attack. After this, the remaining half have founded a charity 4 dead musicians (whatever the cause of their death) that is supposed 2 make enough money in order 2 resurrect Jimi Hendrix by 2024. Then, he supposedly would play with the remaining Mazarati musicians under the name "Jimi Hendrix & the Mazarati Gypsies Experience."

WHEN WAS MORRIS HAYES EVER WITH MAZARATI?????

He was with them for the second album, although he was named as "Morris Haze" on the back cover of the sleeve (along with a photo of him).
