peterfalconer	Who the hell was... Philip C? Where did he come from? And what the hell is he doing now? And did he do any good when he was in the NPG? Did he play a single note, or did he just utter the immortal line, "Bang"?

A hairdresser and some sort of stand in for Dr,Fink.
