It's a bootleg. And the guy selling it (dirtdiggy) is a rip-off merchant.

Don't waste your money...it's a total fake. Firstly, 24 was never official released. Check out the label in the enlarged second image: Red Dog Records...have you ever heard of that label in relation to Prince? And I can tell just by looking at the enlarged images that the quality of the liners & disc labels is not that great. I mean if you want the music that badly go for it, but just know that it is not an offical release and that's a lot of $$ for a fake. (The legit Madhouse albums go for that much individually.)
