This would have been great..say 10 - 12 years ago...I think too much time has gone by for her to really make an appropriate comeback...now, it just looks sad.

And, I'm not really sure that anyone outside of hardcore Prince fans will even know / nor remember who she is...

I do wish her luck though...don't get me wrong.

I loved me some CAT back in the day...she was a great dancer.

It's been very interesting reading people's reactions to seeing Cat, especially since I've been sitting on the info for a while.

I'm the videographer who filmed the youtube video that's on her myspace page of behind the scenes footage of her photoshoot with Richard Hallmarq. While it's frustrating in some ways to read some people projecting certain things on to Cat, I can understand because there have been many rumors circulating about her. The funniest one (which was told to me by Cat herself) was that she was dead. I'd read the other ones, but the dead one made me laugh.

I've been a fan of Prince's music since '82, and since SOTT is my favorite album and concert film, you can understand why I'd be excited to meet Cat. She surpassed my expectations in so many ways, and is cool, down to earth and funny.

I'm writing something up in detail about the experience, and I'll be posting it on the org for those who would like to know what she's like.
