I can't wait to hear all the spiteful ones talk about her "cashing in". She's young, ambitious, business-minded and is only trying to market her products for her charity . . . .LOVE the way her candles, etc. look . . . very unique and original, good job Mani!

As a matter of fact I've seen similar stuff in Crabtree & Evelyn and also Williams Sonoma.

Aside from slightly changing the coloring of the package and using copper as the candle holder, which by the way is less expensive than the ceramic container, the packaging design is almost a copy. This is not a unique product design. And it is sad when she copied and not developed her own designs when she had the capability to do it. And sadder yet that she is associating the so-called creativity to a charity for children. There is nothing wrong with just stating she has a new product line but to claim she has created something so original as her marketing claim when it is apparrent the same product is available even at Target. But yet she is trying to sell a product at Nordstroms which can be purchased a Target.

Sorry I have another question. I noticed they have updated Mani site with the new articles. However nothing else on the site has changed. IAPW.org has not changed nor does it seem like it's been updated. I wonder if they are really still together and working out there relationship alot of things are not added up to me. And again this is just my opinion. I also wonder does Prince get any of the proceeds from her new line. I am quite sure he had his hand in this the project somewhere. Anyone with good sources can shed any light on the subject???

i was wondering why they don't have an individual site with Altru products i've gotta believe that would help the cause some. she can't really believe people are going to be queueing to but an overpriced candle from her.

According to Mani's website it stated that the article in House and Garden will be out this fall. Maybe the November issue, I presume. I subcribe to this magazine I will surely know when it is out. Anyway, I have not receive my October issue yet, even though I thought I read it on a certain post that it was not in the October issue. The short piece on W is very difficult to find- Something about what people are buzzing about, there is a picture of the candle and other products that the industry people are looking forward to and talking about. There is a very short write up about her and her products. I am sorry I did not look at the page number,
