Humans are just too complex of creatures to do that. People come in all different shapes and sizes and yes there are some people who are just morbidly obese and then there are others who look painfully thin, but then again there are others who are healthy and range from being pleasantly plump to lean and lanky that doesn't mean theres anything wrong. Mani is just small built but she does look healthy. Americans has a habit of comparing themselves and their bodies to others and thats what I find most unhealthy. Thats why you have little girls trying to starve themselves and getting plastic surgery before they can even get a drivers liscense. We have to learn to love our bodies without comparing them to others. People and bodies are beautiful to me because they are wonderfully and fearfully made.

Everyone does have their own shape and size...comparing yourself to someone who looks completely different is pointless. Women who are naturally thin don't like being accused of being anorexic when they aren't just like women who are built resent skinny girls calling them fat. I've seen anorexic women and Mani does not look like them. Nicole Richie looks anorexic...Mani looks healthy. The word just doesn't apply to every woman who is Mani's size.
