Beyonce Recruiting All-Girl Band

Beyonce Knowles will hold open auditions across America next week to recruit an all-girl backing band for her upcoming tour.

The former Destiny's Child star is looking for female musicians with "a look", to play drums, keyboards, bass, guitar, saxophone, trumpet, horns and percussion.

Beyonce's creative team will hand-pick candidates, who will be required to play parts from her track 'Work It Out', for a final audition in New York City with the 'Crazy In Love' star.

The successful musicians will then hit the road with Beyonce in June.

Beyonce herself is an ex-prince girl too

So shes basically looking for her tour band? The way it sounded when I heard it was like she was making a girlband, like she wanted to manage them.
