I'm not opposed to anything about the album cover EXCEPT her expression She just looks strange in this shot. For the love of God they should simply choose a different shot from the same shoot (though I do like the other pics people have posted, those are simply better photographs while the cover shot looks like an outtake that should have an "X" through the contact sheet!)...

The cover stinks, it is reminiscent of an Ohio Players' cover, but not nearly as sexy. Tamar REALLY needs a new look. She looked a hot mess on GMA. Say what you want about the Twinz, they looked good (not because they are light skinned). They are in great shape and their outfits usually look good on them. The Twinz and Sheila E complimented each other well - all three looked great. Tamar was a tragedy. Her hair, her body, her clothing just were not working. I'm all about true talent, and I wish that image wasn't such a factor, but it is in today's music industry it is sadly very important. If Tamar is going to be up there with Prince, Sheila E., and the Twinz, she needs to get her look together. She needs to trim down, tone up, do something with her hair and get a better stylist.

The album cover, for what ever its worth, reminds me of old album covers from the 1970's...I dunno if that is good or bad...it maybe the intention to evoke that feeling..? I dont like those other two pics being suggested to use for the cover..they look like mary j blige or destiny's child. Niether one being that great of singers on the real. I would much rather see her totally disassociated from the stereo typical popular singers of today, and more grounded with real singer of days gone by like Chaka, Tina, etc. If you haven't noticed..design has had a swing to the 70's glam...the feel good era..after the Vietnam war type of deal, our cars and everthing are reflecting this.

I will probably check it out as i always like listening to fresh artists but what i really want to know is how many incarnations of destiny's child has there been overall?.

I just want to know, what is the big thing about Tamar Davis? Not to say she doesn't have a nice voice but it sounds like everyone else, nothing stands out. We all learned from experience that not all that Prince picks in his spotlight is terrific.

Also Tamar was an accomplished performer before she hooked up with Prince, shes just not world famous. Shes had a nice buzz going for quite some time her career didnt start with Prince nor will it end.
