I know that some of us have already cast a vote for Prince's most beautiful female associate, but out of all of his male associates who do you think was most talented? I'm gonna go with Morris Day and Jesse Johnson-those two guys really had "It" .

but to answer your question..
the one who really sticks out in my mind is Jellybean Johnson.
I seen the guy a few months ago in a club, playing guitar for some guy I can't remember at the moment..but it was out of this fucking universe!!!
Actually surpassed his tallent as a drummer!!
Then again, I dont think Jellybean has been showcased that well for his drumming either, I mean c'mon 777 is a fucking drum machine.. I never understood that.

The Time....as talented as they are... have never had the REAL chance to shine on record like they should... it's too bad, cuz they could really be seen as a LOT more than what you hear. I think that has a lot to do with Prince's control over such projects.

Jesse Johnson used to be fine as hell.
And I always thought Paul Peterson was a super cute.
That's my top two based on looks.

Morris E Day, without a doubt, he co wrote most of the songs in the Time.
Also Jam and Lewis when they were memebers of the Time as they did janet Jackson afterwards
Andre because he co wrote a lot of early Prince Tunes and probably wrote Do Me Baby, then there was his work with Jody watley afterwards.
Matt Fink, as most of the Dirty Mind songs and keyboard parts were by him
