C'mon Prince! get her back!! Hmm, Rhonda accompanied him to the Wendy and Lisa gig on November 1st, maybe she's not out of the picture yet? Maybe other obligations prevented her from working on TAC? One more nugget I've turned up about Ashley Ta'Mar Davis. As the below linked archived article from the Houston Chronicle indicates, Ta'Mar was a member of the Houston girl group Girls Tyme, a precursor of sorts to Destiny's Child as it also featured Beyonce, Kelly and LaTavia. The most interesting thing about the article however, is that it states that Prince had an interest in signing them to Paisley Park (this was in 1992). That combined with Prince recording the song "On Your Own" with her in 1994 seems to suggest that Prince has had his eye on her for quite some time.

well i can tell u that if in fact Josh Dunham (bassist) and Cora Coleman-Dunham (drummer & josh's wife) end up doing the 3121 tour, they will blow your minds!
i know them both personally. as a matter of fact i have been playing with josh for the last 2 months at my church. they're in the middle of rehearsals right now. both of them are amazing talents. i wish them well on their endeavors from Tamar and beyond. God Bless, De

Tamar live at the Viper Room !

ta'mar's appearance at the viper is not the kickoff to any tour. if it was, it would have been made public by now! why would someone start a tour without even announcing it to the public? LOL
