I once read a post on a groupie site that many years ago Prince brought some woman home (well, he brought her to a hotel room.) and first he left her sitting in the other room for like an hour or so while he went into the bathroom and took a bath (with the bathroom door shut), and then he came out and just sat there staring at her for a long time. NO SEX. She said it was a weird experience and he barely spoke to her at all, and they did nothing sexual. She finally left because she felt so uncomfortable. Well, she's dumb!! Gamillah Holdings isn't a real-estate company. Their house in Toronto was purchased under the name "Gamillah Holdings" or something similar. It's a Prince created 'corporation' that, I'm sure, does nothing else than to serve some tax purpose/s for that specific property only, and Mani being 'president' doesn't mean anything. Some people have actually named their own dogs and cats as 'presidents' or CEOs of corporations created specifically for tax or legal reasons. Mani doesn't have much "work" to do if her "job" is just managing whatever legal, tax, or paperwork involving her own HOME.  (which I doubt SHE or Prince do anyway, what with all the lawyers available at their disposal)
I'm be much more impressed with Mani's 'job' if it was one NOT created by, and given to her by, her own husband. really...if I had a rich husband who wanted to create a job for me, I sure in the HELL would take it..... u & me, we got mad chemisty | |

It doesn't take a genius to figure out the tax purposes angle behind buying a multi-million dollar property and putting it in your wife's (or someone else's) name, when you are a megarich rock star who already is paying tons of taxes on other properties and such. I, on the other hand, had I rich husband yet I still chose to work, would rather find employment/a career outside the home and the relationship, and be hired based on my own merits and skills, vs. just "working" a token job created by my husband. I'd feel better about myself for having accomplished something on my own without having it handed over to me with no effort on my part. | |

I never said I have a rich man. Go back and reread what I wrote (but brush up on your reading comprehension skills first). more people must read this... I have always suspected as much for the same reasons you spoke of. I imagine that Prince was so "painfully" shy that he didn't do much but fantasized about what he could or should have done if he had the courage etc. Plus I had also heard something that Mayte toward the end of the marriage was upset or worried about the lack of activity in the bedroom.
