I know many of you have had the great pleasure of meeting Wendy and I had my chance last night!!! I was at the Nikka Costa show at the Roxy in LA and had the privilege of sitting in the VIP room and saw that Wendy and Susannah were sitting in a booth behind me. Then I looked the other way and saw Prince's wife and friends having a great time as well. After the show, my friend was convincing me to say hi to Wendy but I was too shy. They he pushed me towards her and she looked up and said hello.

We ended up having a great conversation and she could not have been sweeter. She grabbed Susannah and introduced her to me and she was sweet as well. I basically told her that I have followed her career and that I admired her greatly. My friend took a photo of us on his phone which I will post later.

By the way, Nikka was phenomenal and the placed was packed! Her manager Randy Jackson was also really cool too. I'm on my way to see her tonight at the House of Blues Anaheim...who knows who I'll see there!

that's cool. I've seen Nikka live before, so I didn't feel pressed to check her out last night, but I knew of The Roxy gig. Didn't know about the other gig tonight though. Wow, u must be a huge ass Nikka fan. Cool that u had a great time.

my friend was there too last nite and nikka was amazing she said! she also met manni and said she was really cool and gave her a hug. manni was laughing and joking with susanahh and they were looking at some pictures together. she said manni was gorgeous in person inside and out and that shew as dancing her a** off with a bunch of people including lenny's people. cool to see manni having fun for a change!!

I heard about this concert was good, and cool you got to meet Wendy and Susannah looking forward into seeing the picture that was shot on the cellphone those comes in handy

Mani was in good spirits...she was with a group of people in the corner of the VIP section (my friend works there and says that Mani frequents the Roxy..especially when P is not in town)...Prince was not there...but he was in spirit...Mani looked flawless in a simple yellow dress. I saw her chat with Wendy and Randy Jackson. Plus members of Lenny's band were there as well. The guitarist guested on stage. It was all love in the VIP section and I was eating it all up! Susannah was also beautiful with her blonde self. But ahh.....Wendy....I'm forever grateful! She was sweet as ever!

ok, manni is everywhere right now, my friend sais her friend works at a place called craving on sunset. and manni was with 2 guys and a girl shopping next door. then they went to eat across the street at a outdoor restuarant. she tried to take a camera photo but she couldnt because of work. she said manni was really cute and smiling alot. and shes aid she looks much better in person than on photos.
