At any rate, at least she's out there working. She hasn't hit the A list yet, but big up to her for at least trying. I have some friends out there involved with film and television and I wouldn't trade my life with them for a minute: Hollywood is pretty cutthroat and you have to have a will of steel to survive out there- even to make it to the C or B list. If you don't watch yourself you can get chewed up and spat out like THAT (spit !). Anyway, from the little that i have experienced with film and TV , I always felt that movies like Steven Soderburg's "FULL FRONTAL" painted a pretty clear picture on what it's like. I've had EXTRAORDINARILY talented and beautiful friends scurry back home with their tails between their legs after taking a beating from that place...makes me wanna wish that Mayte some luck....

I am not obsessive over Mani. I am happy that Prince is seemingly happy with Mani. I wish we could give her a break and some respect (she is his wife) My point has always been, the past is the past. Move forward and focus on today. Today, Prince is with Mani, Mayte is his past.

I don't want to feel as though I can not make a comment about Mayte or any other Prince associate and have it misconstrued as a diss or dig.

This is not the "Mani hatin" thread. If you feel as though I didn't answer your question, take it as that, and move on.
