You & IAmTheTouch opened my eyes to a whole lot of things that I was doing that were hurting people, even though I meant no harm. If more people had your attitude, this place would be fantastic!!

I don't understand the "clique" aspect. What cliques? Of course you are going to get to know certain people better than others. That's life. If you put yourself out there, chances are people are gonna get to know you better.

"Cliques" are a funny topic. They exist and then they don't -- when you think about it, it's mostly another word for "friends", and friends everywhere tend to influence each other. The Org with its Orgnotes and popups can be quite conductive to some degree of coordination, but is it really a "clique"?
