Is there another way, apart from scrolling to the top? Usually if I've looked at a thread's first post to see whether I want to post on it, I get back by clicking the forum I'm in at the top (e.g."Forums>prince.org site discussion"), but that button isn't at the bottom of threads, as far as I can see.
