How do you rate Ian's work so far???I give him a "B".He's a little heavy-handed but he is fair and has a sense of humor.
He is on top of the flame material and is cutting down repeated topics.Hey Ian if you lighten up you can get an "A"

He is doing a fine job. It is a hard job, but somebody has 2 do it.

Very kind of you all to say so, I'm glad things are going more smoothly now. Once we got over the first couple of weeks I figured things would go far smoother.
