What is policy on people getting our email addys for spam?

I just received an email from someone called NewPrinceGirl spamming me with a YT video from Robin Powers. I don't like that they've done that, is there an org policy against harvesting our email addresses for spam?

Well, nevermind about pulling from the org profile. I have an old address in there so that's not where they got it. Not sure where they did though.
