How do you get the correct prince.org thread link in to another prince.org thread you are posting in?

Can someone answer this?

you need to type in the url tags yourself, as copy and paste is a bit defunct here......

Alternatively, you can use the link icon.

Let's say you want to link to http://prince.org/

So copy your link ready for pasting.

Then type in the text you want to appear on your link, for example:

The Org

Then highlight your text, like so:

[img:$uid]http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a191/AsylumUtopia2/porglinks01.jpg[/img:$uid]

And hit the Link icon, like so:

[img:$uid]http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a191/AsylumUtopia2/porglinks02.jpg[/img:$uid]

The Link dialog box pops up, and you enter (or paste, if you copied it earlier) your link, and press insert, like so:

[img:$uid]http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a191/AsylumUtopia2/porglinks03.jpg[/img:$uid]

Now you have a clickable link:

[img:$uid]http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a191/AsylumUtopia2/porglinks04.jpg[/img:$uid]

Job done.

Of course, it can be just as quick and easy to type in the url tags, but using the link dialog is quicker if you want different text on your link.
