How long r orgers banned?

Do they get chances?

Can we vote them back in?

I like the voting idea!

Or they can have an org "sponsor." Someone who has to approve their messages every time they post. LOL!

Sometimes people are banned for 1 day. Sometimes 2 weeks. Sometimes it's a permanent ban.

If they are banned permanently, they generally don't get to come back.

Occasionally, after a long period of time and a change of heart and/or attitude, a person may request to be allowed back. And occasionally, the mods will agree to a trial period. We don't always - it depends on what the orger did to get banned, how long they've been away and if we truly believe they understand why they were banned to begin with and won't return to that behavior. We've allowed some back with disastrous consequences and others back without much brew-haha.

Voting someone back will never be an option. This isn't a democracy, and frankly shouldn't be. That would make the org (even more of) a popularity contest, allowing well-liked orgers to get away with virtually anything, as they could always be "voted" back. I don't see how that kind of system would be fair, or would work.

About 20 of us got banned for 24 hours not long ago, and most of us violated no rule at all.

So you can put my name on it but I don't feel an ounce of shame.

I'd love him to come back too. But he wasn't banned, he quit.

Was mzkqueen03 finally banned? For a while there all I saw was the long stretch white limo, one reight after the other with the word edited beside it and the time. Now the parade of limos is missing and I suspect she has used up all her lives on the org, true????

Am I allowed to celebrate the absence of a particular banned orger?

It has been quite nice.

I don't understand and I hate the fact that when you got banned, you don't even know THE REASON why.

When you are banned, notification is sent to the email address you have set up on file. It would be pointless to send you an orgnote as you would not be able to access it.

I would make sure you have a current email address listed.

It was her posting buddy, who always reprinted her posts and then put a under it that has/had the real cap lock problem. mzkqueen03 might have held the secrets of the universe deep inside her riddled head and now we will never, ever know!!!!

OMG, I've been banned too many times to count.

I only just started posting here again a few months ago, after a long break and got banned almost 2 days after starting to post again.

The main reason is because luv4u doesn't care for me.

I don't remember exactly. Something like that. She orgnoted me ahead of time and said this isn't allowed and you did it, and I have to bann you.......that or it was after I came back. I don't remember which.

I used to be really careless about my posting when I first started posting here. Honestly I THANK the org for being as open minded as I am now.

When I first started posting here, I thought I ALREADY was open minded and not judgemental......but as diverse as the org is, I've really learned that a lot of my thinking when I was younger really wasn't as open as I thought it was. I think I've grown a lot since then, and some of it IS thanks to the posters here.

And I'm sorry I hope posting this doesn't get frowned upon but it still cracks me up.

The one time I got banned for something, I don't even know what. And the day I came back I started a thread called

"Hey Luv4u"

and then I gave her the F U emoticon, and immediatley gott rebanned.

I'm sorry luv, didn't you think it was just a little bit funny????????

I mean, why have that emoticon if we can't even use it?

This all just cracks me up because I have never been banned. However, I get off race threads when I can feel the heat in my face and don't have the kind of tatahs that are photogenic, unfortunately.
