A few threads and posts today started me thinking about this.

I've been a prince.org(er) in one form or another...lurking and posting for going on 10 years now.

With the exception of my multimedia business...I haven't had a job nearly that long.

Thanks to the efforts of Ben, some wonderful and not so wonderful moderators. Some wonderful and down right bat shit crazy fucking Orgers, I've been on this website through ALL of Prince's failed internet attempts and longer than I've been a user of Paypal, Google, Yahoo, YouTube and Ebay!

Fuck that idiotic shit Prince is talking about the internet being over because he couldn't control it. Let's show him and his johnny-come-lately minions that the internet WORKS when you let the people be free!

I've said more times than I can count, through all of Prince and his minion's failed attempts at silencing us, that as long as this site stands, I am not leaving it!

So show them that we are here, we've BEEN here and no matter how many threads they derail with their fake ass "positivity" that starts drama where there is none before they start their bullshit, that we are STILL going to be here...long after they are gone!!!

Same here! I used to get the newsletter, then lurked during the Purple & Black days. I didn't actually participate until everything got all interactive and shit.

About ten years. I was somebody else that shall remain nameless in my first three years. I killed that persona off.

I signed up in 2004. I don't post a whole lot but I do come here many times a day to keep informed. I also visit 3 or 4 other Prince fan sites.
