I don't intend to sound rude, but the "legal" tone you are using is strange and unsettling to me in the context of this thread. Maybe I'm the only one feeling this... This site is getting weirder to me by the day.  Perhaps I do need to take a leave of absence...
I still think the option to show/hide posts could be implemented in a way that's acceptable and fair to folks on both sides of this issue. There really is no "issue". While I support a board for "music" and a board for "more" this is still a public forum and either board would be open to anyone's opinion. If you want to post on a public forum, you should also be aware that others will do the same and they may have a different opinion than yours. To think we would segregate the users into separate boards based on opinion is a pretty ludicrous idea to begin with. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

To be honest, I never actually considered splitting M&M to be a serious proposition. It was all about expressing frustration on my part at what this site has become for me and others like me. It was my hope that the Mods would be more receptive to finding a less drastic alternative that would compromise enough to meet a general consensus, such as the show/hide feature, which could be used or not used as each poster saw fit. I'm just trying to find a way to make the site a little more bearable for the small contingent of fans who want to simply enjoy supporting/discussing our favorite artist without being constantly barraged by negativity at every turn.
