On Saturday, December 6th @ The Works Night Club Near Downtown Detroit...The 3rd Annual Event, was the best of its kind to Help Fight AIDS! There were: -3 DJs spinning Latin, Hip Hop, & Hi-N.r.g -Red Jell-O shot specials -Live Dancers and Special Performances -Free Red Glow sticks, T-shirts, and beads -Raffles iN4Promo:http://www.dhdc1.org/redparty.htm The Hermanos and Hermanas !CAME WITH AN OPEN MIND! and Of Course NewPowerDetroit was covered iN RED!!! *Special Shoutz 2: Jose Cruz and Familia, Maria and The Crew 4 Reppin on the Dance Floor...Rito, Caleb, Toby and Victor...Thanx 4 The Southwest Detroit Xperience... Also 2: Reynaldo M. and Ben S. 4 Ur Support and Much Hospitality... Not 2 Mention, 'The Works' Staff and Owners... We look forward to working with you all again, very soon! More than 200 ppl attended this engagement...and we are very proud of the work weve done to help stop the spread of aids iN our community (LaComunidad) and NewPowerDetroit would like to send a GREAT BIG 'Thank U'to all of you, who were able to come out and show your support! When NewPowerDetroit... first started out around the year 2001, our plans included, charity work and fundraisers to help around the local metro area...we designed a system that would work for us all.
Weve maintained the Prince Music Nights Frequently, some big, some small, but throughout it all, weve continued to have fun doing so. Despite the ups and downs, we will continue to serve the metro area detroit/a2, in creating new and exciting themed events featuring Prince Music and much more. NewPowerDetroit is not only a Prince Fams Group, but an entertainment company with expansion to service various other events...we are promoters, we are party planners, we are proud of the work we have done throughout the past few years. With 'The Red Party' comes a special theme, because were able to help raise money for a great cause. Tor're and Luna are commited to these kind of events that will help and benefit a community. We have plans to get back into The Prince Party Mode very soon. After recent success of the Madonna Night: 20th Celebration Party and now the upcoming 'RACE 4 A CURE'...this is only the beginning and we hope you all can join us! 4 A Wonderful CAUSE!!!
