12 Day Permit for Paisley Park

The City Council approved a 12 day permit for Paisley last night. Will they be opening Oct 12-15 for fans?

They will probaly just keep renewing the permit until the hash everything out. The town will see that bus loads of crazies are not coming to their town. eek
