Friends of mine who are on a holiday in New York just bought tickets to the concert! I have been talking about Prince in NY so much, that they just had to

They are going because I'm so enthousiastic about P and they want to see if they will get the same vibe out of it. They are not hardcore fans. I told them about the meet up, and they loved to meet up, hihi, she even asked dressing advice, they were thinking about shopping for some purple clothes....So, can I tell them to where you guys meet? Eventhough they are not real P fans?

Of course, the more the merrier. I can't speak for everyone but I doubt anyone bites (but L40A does throw snowballs ). Besides they may not be P fans now, but they may be P fans after the show.

i didn't think i could love prince anymore but then i seen him live 3 times last week.....haha yeah

My BF & I might go, not sure yet but I'll check this thread later. I'm more worried about getting to NYC right now as there's a storm brewing on the Atlantic Coast, and I'm flying in from Eastern Canada.

I want to meet before the show too.. What is the exact time? Is it in front of Borders or at TGIF? Looking forward to getting excited pre-show. None of my friends are fans.. I'm going alone

it'd be in front of borders then walk to tgif...so say we make it 3 and then whoever comes later can go to tgif's. i'm sure it's like my local ones? they got a bar area and we can all sit around there...shouldn't need reservations then if we do the bar area..idk i'm just throwing it out there. if i don't have your # yet please org note me it and i'll send you mine back too......

Hi All - I love to meet up with follow orgers before or after the show. I don't post much but it would be nice to "kind of" know some peeps in NYC while I'm up there. Did anyone decide on a place?

this is the one outside of penn station more towards where the postal office is across the street from tgif is a subway station
