I've been waiting to hear from ticktickbang about a party before the show, but I haven't heard a thing. He said he was gonna plan something. I am bringing my 19 yr old daughter to the show on the 22nd. I would like to meet up if any of you in the area are planning anything.

I am on a quest. I am going to get the info about surrounding bars/resturants/what have you in and around the Wacovia Center and plan a meet and greet my damn self! I live 3 hours from there! I can do that, I think. I am gonna try! details to come...

I think that even if someone is not 21 (like my 19 yr old daughter), they can still join in the party. It would be nice because we would already be at the center and would be able to go pick up our tix and then return to the bar or take our seats, as you wish...

dianne, i totally forgot there were places inside the center. sounds fine to me - afterwards we are not too far from south street, but it's sunday. there's all the clubs along delaware ave, but we may wanna play that by ear.

my friend tracy always seems to know where he is in philly - she's been at this awhile. if i hear anything, i'll pass it along.

I received an email from Jossy stating that he has written the Holiday Inn (the above mentioned) about meeting in their lounge/resturant. I or He will keep you posted on what has come to fruition and as to what time the gathering will take place. If there are any objections to Jossy's plans, please speak up now. We have only one week left.

i hope that 'written' was in email!

Anything Inside the Wachovia Center---Nice, but outrageously Overpriced (Think $7.50 beer in a paper cup)

Plenty of spots downtown with easy access to the train...
