Come to Israel, it's pretty cheap here.
if you try hard enough you can get about $.50 / CD including case and booklet. usually it's around $.75-$1. of course it depends on the quantity. | |

I use cafepress.com because:
Thats all well & good if your selling online though. The best way to do it is to have a 'glass master' pressed. A glass master (for those that dont know) is the original CD that they make first & all the other copies are pressed from that. The CDs you buy in a record shop are made like that. Though expensive, once you have a glass master its cheap as fuck to have a company copy it for you. Literally 1 pence per unit in some cases! I have a friend whose band hd one done & they get 500 copies made every so often for only about 50 quid!
