I used to work with a guy in a kitchen that did this type of music.
He was always breaking things and setting things on fire. So I made him the grill guy and the prep guy that got to use the clever a lot. When he got the double cleaver action going on (one in each hand) he'd dice and shred up my pork, beef, cabbage, tomatoes, etc with a "double-bass drum" kinda rhythm and be singing like that. Got the job done. Just seeing him back in the kitchen with his headphones and screaming this smack had me crackin' up all the time. We'd always fight over the radio with his music and my prince.

Counter productive music is what I called it.
Those who disagree would probably just hit me as apposed to telling me otherwise.
