All right all you musicians on here! I just want to know about everyone, what you considerr your main instrument, what other instruments you play, what your influences are,how long you've been playing, that type of stuff. Be as specific as you wanna be cuz I am interested!

You already know about me - guitar, bass, drums, harp, spoons, violin, sax, armpits and beer bottles.

My main instrument is keyboards, but I play guitar, bass and drums. I used to play sax in High School, but gave it up. May pick it back up one day. My influences are too many to list. I take from soul, R&B, jazz, funk, blues, it runs too deep. But Prince keeps me inspired I've been playing in front of crowds for well over 12 years.

Im a newbie here btw...

Ive played guitar since i was 16 and picked up a guitar because of Prince! Band wise, its always been alternative/rock/metal/goth stuff in the main, though ive written a lot of acoustic stuff. None of my peers have ever really been Prince fans, though the more talented amongst them appreciate him.

Curently i play in an origional "Commercialy Punky" band in the UK and we are promoting an album at the moment. I also have my own baby, a Sisters Of Mercy tribute thats taken us all over the UK (big place i know!) and into mainland Europe. Other stuff in the pipeline.

I have one of the Hohner teles ala Prince and far too many other axe's , my fave being a Parker Fly Deluxe.

Seriously though, I'm 34, playing guitar, bass and drums.
Been playing music (drums, violin, trombone) since the third grade. Guitar around 16, going to start piano lessons after the first of the year. Music has always been such a strong force in my life that I'm not sure what life would be without it.

Actual main instrument: alto saxophone. I play the drums, bass, guitar, and keyboards as well.

Drums is my main instrument, I play Bass, Guitar, Keys, Sax & sing a little
