Wich drummachine on Annie Christian Does anyone know wich drummachine Prince used on Annie Christian? I'm sue it's not the Linn cause I have that one myself. I guess it's a peprogrammed box from Kawai or somthing but does anyone know what he really used?

It's a CasioTone MT-140 keyboard.
I think it's the "Rock" Rhythm preset. 'twas also used on "Bite The Beat" with the "Pops" preset. The "Rock" rhythm along with the Bass part of the keyboard was used by Sly & Robbie in the early 80's too. I only know this because I own it. 'dre Tried many flavours - but sooner or later, always go back to the Purple Kool-aid!

Defenitly not 606 I have that one to... Iwas wondering cr78 as well but the beat seems to hard for that I think... How sure are you Dre? | |
