Heres what Ive been up to since the last NFO thread.

Ive added an article to my news page here, Ive added a post to my forum here which ya'll are welcome to post on, Ive posted an article via email to my newsletter subscribers & my own Yahoo Group subscribers.

Most exciting though, Ive got the site onto all the search engines. Just a little trick learned, wont tell you too much but it involves lots of PERL & CGI . It'll take a week or two to propagate & the meta tags on the site need sorting out but Ive secured a spot for us. Just a little free favour from me

We can also get cheap banner advertising here. I do most of my traffic through banners & the search engines these days & its pretty good to knopw your site is being advertised on Kazaa, mp3.com etc.

Heres what I need ya'll to do to get things running. You see Yahoo groups are a great promotional tool & I used one to kick start my own project. The great thing is that, once a visitor has subscribed, we can keep in constant contact with them. Most people that visit a site arnt always likely to come back but with our yahoo group, we can keep them informed of updates like the release of project 2 for example. Thing is, we need to get people to subscribe.

There is an invite members page on the group that enables moderators to send email invites to any address. So if we can invite all our friends, as many people from the yahoo members list & as many peoples emails as we can find, then we'll have a large fanbase before we know it.

The following peeps have joined the Yahoo group & I have made them moderators so they can invite members & access the message moderation page:

I enjoy writing though, and I produce on my PC. I do lots of mixing, sampling, over dubbing etc. If you need anything just ask. I'd love to be envolved in anyway I can. Until then I'll keep promoating the site. Have you guys thought about getting together and preforming live. It would be a great gig. I'd help supervise it if you ever chose to do so.

PS, I tried making a censord version of 'F**k the taste out your mouth' (because I like the song and can only listen to it in the house through head phones cos of my little brother and sister) I censord all the lead vocals alright but when I tried doing the backing vocals aswell not much of the song was left Oh well, back to the head-phones I supose.
