Org Musicians in the UK....

I have a proposal...

Why don't we all try and get 2gether and jam on some Prince music 2gether?

We can meet up in London.. I have a friend who has access 2 a huge school hall and would let us jam there.

If it goes well and if anyone wants 2, we could make it a regular thing, maybe once a month.

I'm not thinking of anything serious here, no album deals or world tours (yet!! lol) but just like-minded musicians coming 2gether 2 share the joy of jamming with oneanother.

I'm interested in what kind of support this may have, so please post here if it interests U.

What I suggest is stating:
What instrument(s) U play
What instrument(s) U own and could bring with U
What level U are at right now (good, avg, beg)
Anything else U may think is relevent

Please don't look at this as an audition or anything, for I myself am only beg/avg and still learning!

I don't see why we would have 2 limit the amount of people, we could maybe do a rotation thing and it'd be like a workshop... I'd show U some Prince licks that I can play and U can show someone what U know and so on.

If anyone has recording equipment we could maybe even record and stick the results here on the web 4 people 2 check out!

What do U guys think???

peace

I wouldn't mind a jam and my schedule is fairly quiet over the next few months.

I play the following;

Drums and percussion - good
Keyboards - good
Guitar - average
Bass - beginner

That said, I could only really bring my drums and percussion, as my keys are all midi controllers, I only have an acousitc guitar and I'm learning on someone else's bass!!

Let's work!
...we have only scratched the surface of what the mind can do...

My dance project;

Go and glisten wink
