I just thought that I would take this time to compliment a recently newer org musician by the name of Isaiah Tolbert. He is a talented artist. Even though he has limited equipment, his talent shows through. Even with the absence of a Tascam style recorder, he still has a good drum machine, sample effects, synth, and original vocals. I recently listened to a demo of his. My favorite songs were...

"Fight 4 Love (remix)"...very nice drums and bass groove...melody is well arranged.

"I Wish I Was UR"...excellent hard guitar sample, great original lyrics "I wish I was your Paris"...the arrangement is very catchy and sticks with you. I find myself humming this alot. My favorite of the CD.

"One Of These Mornings (remix)" Cold and funky, nice multi-drum effects.

"Slow Jam"...Probably a tie for my fav on the CD. Everything about it has potential, the rhythm, the drums...I would love to sing a ballad to this one myself.


All of the songs have good drums and arragngement.

I REALLY dig Displaced. Great drum track, and kinda erie like a Prince song. The vocal part is groovy too, I like the layers.


Maybe you can put up those other songs that Jason mentioned? I want to hear what he's talking about!
