Tibetan singing bowl....

Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries as meditation tools. Traditionally hand-hammered of seven metals in a special alloy, they are a wonderful addition to an alter, used to purify a room with sound energies, in healing the body using toning, or used as a gong or hammer bell.

Very interesting... Ya spose if I used one of my kitchen
bowls and a rubber spatula, I'd get the same effect?

I aint tried that....
but a wooden spoon and a good cystal vase might do the trick....

Well next time I meditate, I'll give the vase a whirl....
