I remember when she tried out for American Idol 2 or 3 years ago. Sir Jac was with her as her manager. Simon said she was too "Cabaret".

Her and Sir Jac stormed out of there pretty and the camera followed them out the door.

Funny that they use that word "Cabaret" in their name now.

Hi everyone SIR JAC here from the FUNK CABARET...I found you guys by accident...and you guys are pretty correct over the origins of CABARET being in the BAND name the myth "we made up our selves" was though (it was cut that way on TV) was that we actually suckered them for the follow up story, so the camera would give her a second chance to sing "I told victory to lets create a scandal "fakefight" if we got the camera's attention, then we would play it up enough to get a longer story on the show" we figured if we got lemons from the judges lets make Lemonade from the SHOW. ...and they fell for it. " lucky for us they bought it hook line and sinker...another explanation of doo wah ditty was that was only done as a secondary song to show them she can take a 60's marching athem...and make it sultryer...she had already done an amazing rendition of beatles tune "witch they loved" you can here the beatles song on the "VIDEO"section of www.sirjac2.com "I didn't know america was gonna believe the fight was real sence people often exagirate on that show. ---of course our story would have gotten more press and we were gonna play off of it...but unfortunately for us. WILLIAM HUNG was on the same show and took AMERICA by halirious STORM and stole our thunder...whats funny is WILLIAM HUNG got famous from it...and we're still working hard!!! Ironic isn't it. But victory who has a truly gifted ability got past up. the good thing is that the notariety from the show got people curious enough to know if victory really had what it took and we were able to prove it by winning a month later BEST FEMALE singer at FASHION ROCK FEST (now TALENT ROCK) infront of 15 major industry heavy weights (they voted for her talent)out of over 3 thousand contestants.
now we're in Hollywood. Involved in the Music and Film industry and things are looking better and better everyday. thanks for taking the time to check out the video. hope you can continue to spread the word and give props to a truly special singer and writer.
