When I was on tour I read a lot of Prince biographies and perfoming a lot of Prince songs out in the alps. I got heavily inspired so I wrote a song called "Strawberry Sorbet Kisses".

Now there are two versions of this track, one that U may have already heard but now I'm gonna give U the long ass one-man jam uncut version!

hey hey Dre. I like the way you captured the "For You" album here. The one thing I'd say, (like I always GOTTA say sumpm, right?) there's no floor on this thing - where's the bass on here? I mean, I HEAR the bass, hear the kickdrum, but they're way too low. I know that might be part of the "old Prince outtakes" feel, I dunno.

And the lead synth - wow - man, that's GOTTA be an old casio, right?

U wanna hear Bass, I'm gonna upload another new track I did called "40" - I guess U could say it's a counteract to this track!

As 4 the Casio sounds, U definitely know your FM from your PD! I use my trusty custom-programmed Casio CZ-101 (as used by Joe Zawinul - blatant namedrop!) which I also use as a carrier signal for my vocoder.

Hehehe, we use a CZ101 too, but unfortunately it wasn't programmed by Joe Zawinul. Eventhough the memory is not working anymore, we use it in almost every track. Cool synth!

All good! In response 2 'tisse, the gig was absolutely amazing and I did the splits 4 times in a row (something I ain't done for awhile now!). The crowd and promoters seemed 2 like us a lot which ain't bad considering this was the premiere gig!

I think it's almost hightime that I upgraded this track and give U the full near 7-minute version!
