Guitar: Samick Greg Bennett Interceptor 2 Electric Guitar Has anyone used or heard a "Samick Greg Bennett Interceptor 2 Electric Guitar" ?
I hear they're not bad for their cheap price. My name is Prince and I want your money

I haven't played this one, but Samicks as a rule are pretty good guitars. Many jazz guitarists rate their relatively cheap archtops highly. The interceptor seems like a pretty run-of-the-mill metal style guitar to me. Not sure about the "floyd rose STYLE" tremelo, you should test it to see if it stays in tune.
That said: "not bad for the price" is not enough reason to buy an instrument. Try it, play it and see if you fall in love with it. Otherwise, you'll end up trading it in one day and you'll be sorry you didn't buy an axe you really like right away. On the other hand: with guitars like these, you'll probably use thin strings and lots of distortion, so minute differences in tone shouldn't be a reason to spend twice the money. My 2 cts!
